He is Our Jehovah-Jireh
Topic: Calvary
Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God… (2 Corinthians 9:10-12 KJV)

In his book, The Lord's Prayer, Drew Hsinger said, "Some translations of the Lord’s Prayer say, 'Give us this day our daily bread.' I kind of paraphrased it, 'God, give us today what we need for today.' This is an acknowledgement that God is our source." Is God your Jehovah-Jireh every day? Who get you up this morning? If God is not the source of your life, you'd not be living today.

Do you know why many young people have failed from schools today? God is not centered of your household. I understand that many psychologists may tell us that we do not have solid good communication to each other or we have so many financial problems in our lives, but the number one issue is that God is not at the center of our lives. Paul said in Philippians 4:19, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." God will provide us whatever we need to go through another day if we'd ask Him. He is our Jehovah-Jireh.

Our Satisfactory
Topic: Goal
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. -- I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. (Philippians 4:11-13 KJV)

Do we satisfy with what we have? Maybe or not? If we would not learn how to be content with everything we currently have, how God can bless us? In his book, The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment, Jeremiah Burroughs said, "A carnal heart knows no way to be contented but this: I have such and such possessions, and if I had this added to them, and the other comfort added that I have not now, then I should be contented. But contentment does not come in that way, it does not come, I say, by adding to what you want, but by subtracting from your desires."

We need to let go some stuffs. Even though God created the earth for us to dwell in, He allowed Satan to rule over the earth for a while. And the earth is filled with all the unhealthy stuffs for our spirit men as well as our physical bodies, such as body tattoos, alcohol/drug, adult entertainment industry, and more. Although there is nothing wrong for having something more (new car, new house, clothes, etc.), we need to be content with what we have before adding them to our closets.

Jesus said in Matthew 6:30-32, "Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things." Being worrying for stuffs would divide our relationship with Jesus Christ. There are healthy and unhealthy ways to worry. Let us to be content with everything we have by trusting and relying on Jesus Christ.

Does God Hear Us?
Topic: Prayer

And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God. (Exodus 3:4-6 KJV)

Does God hear you when you pray to Him? God hears us when we pray, but we often time to forget to listen to His voice. We just pray to Him without willing to listen to His voice. God is willing to answer you, but are you willing to listen to Him? We need to put God at the center of our lives rather than putting Him in the box.

Moses' Successor
Topic: Leadership Training
Now after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass, that the Lord spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. (Joshua 1:1-3 KJV)

The Book of Joshua is all about how the people of Israel conquered the land that God promised to them. Now, since Moses went to be in the Paradise, God called Joshua to lead His people to the Promise Land. As you see, Moses didn't go straight up to Heaven, because Jesus had not resurrect from the dead yet. Paul said in Colossians 1:18, "And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence."

Now, Joshua was turned to lead his people. The name Joshua has significant meaning to it. Hebrew word for Joshua is "Yhwh-saved." It is same definition to Jesus. As we read in this passage, God encouraged Joshua to lead His people. He knew that His people were very hard to please them, but He wanted to show them the land that would flow with milk and honey. God is merciful God. He wants to have relationship with each of His children.

Misusing of Prayer Method
Topic: Prayer

Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. (James 5:14-16 KJV)

Prayer is not just for healing. It is communication between you and God alone. I see that some people like to post their prayer request from sickness on Facebook, so that they can either pray an actual prayer for the person or just they feel sorry for the person. I hate to post a prayer on Facebook for everyone can see it for these reasons:

1) Every Facebook friends may not believe what you believe. Instead, post your prayer request to the specific group of friend(s), who is really going to pray for you.

2) Don't just ask your friend(s) to pray for your sickness without your input. God can hear your friend's request to heal you. But you must do your part for God to heal you.

3) We must accept what God gives us than according to our wishes. He knows the best things what we need.

The Veil of the Temple
Topic: Calvary

And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. (Matthew 27:51-53 KJV)

The death of Jesus didn't end at the Calvary. At the moment of Jesus died on the cross, the veil of the temple was ripped off from the top to the bottom. This shows that we have totally  access to God because Jesus broke the wall between man and God. Then the earthquake was violently erupted and the people were rose from the graves.  In all these eruptions after the death of Jesus shows us that the enemy cannot defeat Him. So he cannot get a victory over us as long as we have Jesus in us. The death would last only for a moment, but having a life could last forever. I say this because there are two ways to live a life.

Psalms 1 tells us that we can have a bless life or ungodly. We can have life that fill with God's blessing. Even though we are living in this corrupted worldly system, we can have abundant life, because the earth belongs to God. Satan thinks that the earth belongs to him since God let him to take control over the world. This is totally misunderstanding. In Job, we read that God gave a permission for Satan to try to mess around with Job's life with one condition. Satan cannot touch Job.

Now let's turn back to the death of Jesus on the cross. Even Satan didn't defeat Him at the wilderness, he thought using His people could bring Him into justice. That was a huge mistake. He cannot kill God who formed him in the beginning of the world.

His Experience to the Calvary
Topic: Calvary
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. (Isaiah 53:3 KJV)

Throughout Isaiah 53, Isaiah painted this suffering servant, who faced too many rejection and mock by his people. Of course, God gave Isaiah a vision of Jesus' last week on the earth. His last week on Earth didn't go well. One time, people followed Him around. Not because of His messages, but of His miracle working hands. They wanted Him to perform miracle to heal their sicknesses and fill their empty stomachs. At one time, they cried to Him, "Hosanna (see Matthew 21:9, 15; Mark 11:9-10; John 12:13)." People praised Him as a King, who would govern the land, not as Savior of this corrupted world. But at His final hours, Jesus faced most horrific capitol punishment because of rejections that He received from His people. People thought that He was going to be their King of the land. But as more people hear the messages, they believed that He constricted against the Words of God, even they have waited for Him to return to them so long.

John 1:11 says, "He came unto his own, and his own received him not." How you feel if your people just ignore you? Even Prophet Jeremiah felt the pain when his people mocked him as he shared the warning from the Words of God. It was very devastating situation. For Jesus, it was more devastating situation. Not only He spent sometimes in jail, He had to face many slaps on His back with string and then final punishment for Him to face the death on the cross. Even Jesus faced many rejections throughout His life, He didn't turn against His people. Instead, He took our sins for us at the Calvary, so that we can establish our relationship with Him forever.

False Credit Claim
Topic: Deception

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matthew 7:22-23 KJV)

Even today, we see that some pastors misuse the name of Jesus for their own personal gain. There is a televangelist who sells a cloth for healing over the body for $25 or more. It's just a cloth and there is no power in the cloth, except the power when we speak over it in the name of Jesus. We cannot receive any credit when the people receive healing, except God.  John 9:2-3 declares, "And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him."

Longsuffering God
Topic: Character of God

The Lord is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation. (Numbers 14:18 KJV)

We have God, who is longsuffering and waiting for us to return back to Him. He knows that we are not perfect children. Sometimes, we are stubborn to admit our mistakes and decide to go with our lives as the people of Israel did. But this doesn't mean that God is not God of Judgement. Even though He is patient and willing to forgive our sins, there would be a time for Him to discipline us. His method of discipline on us demonstrates how much He loves us, even though when we'd sin against Him.

Being aq Minister of God
Topic: Service

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light… (1 Peter 2:9 KJV)

But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves. (Isaiah 61:6 KJV)

If we are the children of God, we are representing someone--someone who is All Powerful in all the universe. God called us to be in priesthood. When we go to our daily jobs, we just cannot be representatives ourselves in a work environment. We would be fired. Instead, we should representatives for the companies that we work for. In that same matter, when we'd decide to come into God's family, we are called to be ministers of God.

Being a minister of God doesn't to be within the church. God wants us to be spread His Words around to other people. Some people may think that being a Christian is too religious. Why? Some Christians may use too many big words or tackling their sins against the Bible instead of sharing the love of Jesus Christ with them. Being a Christian is having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Word of God (Part IV)
Topic: Word of God

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. (Psalms 119:105 KJV)

Before we'd enter into the war zone, I want to bring you attention that we have lamps in all of us. A lamp that will lead us to the path to life. A lamp that leads to the right relationship with God, family, friends, and people around us. A lamp that will help to reach to your destiny.

You might ask, "Where is the lamp? I like to have it."

I'm not describing actual lamp, but the Word of God. Remember the story of ten virginities in Matthew 25. All ten virginities invited to the wedding ceremony. The first five had enough oil for their lamps in order for them to reach to the destiny and another five didn't. By the time second five returned to get oils, it was too late for them to enter into the wedding feast.

Why do I bring this?

We need to prepare not just for our benefits, but benefits to other people around us. As I said earlier in this series, the Bible is not just a book that fills with historical events. It gives us hope, promise, and strength that we can live life and go through any obstacles with the help from the Almighty God. But, sadly, some of us may not take the time to read His Words and meditate on them. One of the reasons that our homes are messed because there is no room for God to intervene. We have several ways to access the Bible, but do we take the time to read it?

Our education system is so messed that some schoolchildren can't freely practice their Christian faith on their school campuses. If the kid would draw or wear Christian symbol, he/she must go to the principal office. Or if the teacher, who is Christian, share her/his faith to the class, he/she may suspend from teaching. However, schools allow other faiths that kids can engage into. Henry Potter series have been popular for children's learning curriculum. If you haven't know anything about Henry Potter series, it contains witchcraft and fantasy that children can tap into; and then they'd walk away from God and faith. It's worse now than 10-20 years ago. Today, we see that some children confuse with their identities. Our former commander and chief, President Obama, could veto ungodly legislations, such as LGBT, transgenderism, and gay marriage, but he favored these legislations. Let me ask you this. Do we need to please our people more than God? If we'd keep rely on the government than God, then we'd find very sticky situation. Yes, God's Words say that we need to respect our government. But our government would against the Words of God, we need to stand firm and show which authority that we should be on. Joshua said in Joshua 24:14-15, "Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."

We need lamps in our daily lives, which it is the Word of God (B-I-B-L-E). It gives us breathe into our spirit men in us. There are three important parts that God created us. That is: spirit, soul, and body. We need to keep our spirit beings live in order for us live in this land. Our bodies and souls cannot function without spirits. If we'd die, our spirits can live either with God in Heaven or other spirits in Hell. If our spirits would end in Hell, there is no way to escape from it. God doesn't want us to go to Hell. We need to keep turn our lamps on with the Word of God and our relationship with Him.

If you are having problem to turn the lamp on, please consider to swap your life with establishing personal relationship with Jesus Christ. God doesn't want you to keep suffer with unsolved problems. No! The world is filled with problems, but you can have a successful life here on earth in the midst of chaos. If you'd exchange your ways of living a life with God's way, He can show you a path to abundant life. As Jesus said, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." (John 14:1-3.)

If you are lukewarm in your relationship with Jesus Christ and want to know Him as your personal Savior and Lord of your life, please consider asking Him to forgive your sins and invite Him into your life. Paul said in Romans 10:9-10, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." If you have done in your private room or workplace, then you need to tell your friends or love ones about what you have done, so they may rejoice with you and want to have that relationship with Christ in their own life. There are many occults in the world, which do not know the love of God and His great plan for those who believe in Him. As it is written in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Walking Away from Faith
Topic: Deception

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJV)

It is sad for us to see that some people would decide to walk away from their Christian faith. Faith that they have built on within families and trusting God. Especially, when the churches decide to go outside from the boundary and try to gain more membership. Even the church maybe good to try to reach out to people, we should not let the world system leads the church. Instead, we should lead the world into the kingdom of God.

Prayer / Hell

Prayer

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

(Matthew 18:20 KJV)

God is not a genie in the bottle. We just can't pray to God for our desires or wishes. It should focus on our relationship with our Heavenly Father. There should be order for we'd present our petition to God.

--------------

Hell

If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. (Psalms 139:8 KJV)

God is everywhere. We can't see Him, but we may feel His presence among us. Even He can see us if we'd end our life in Hell.

The Fruit of Spirit: Peace / Temple of God
Topic: Discipline

The fruit of the Spirit is... peace.

To be spiritually minded [is] life and peace.

God hath called us to peace.--Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.--The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day--Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.

The work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.--Whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

Great peace have they which love thy law.

GAL 5:22. Ro 8:6. 1 Co 7:15.--Jn 14:27.--Ro 15:13. 2 Ti 1:12.--Isa 26:3. Is 32:17,18.--Pr 1:33. Ps 119:165. (Daily Light on the Daily Path)

God's peace is not like the world. Even though His peace would make division within the rest of the world, God wants us to have peace and joy in our lives. He didn't create us like robots, because He wanted us to have the freewill and joy in life. Also, He wants to establish relationship with us.

---------------------------

Temple of God

Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. (Revelation 21:3 KJV)

We are the temple of God. At the beginning, Adam and Eve dwelled in Garden of Eden, which represented as they were in His temple. Even though we will be in His temple again, we are the vassal for the kingdom of God.

God's Promise
Topic: Word of God

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9 KJV)

Most of us may think that God is slacking His promises to us. We want Him to keep His words of promises according to our time table rather than His. We may not think that God is justice, but think that He's our buddy. Even though He is a justice God, He is  a longsuffering God that everyone should not end their life in Hell, but with Him eternally. He wants everyone come into repentance of their sins and be united with Christ.

Words of God & Family Feud
Topic: Word of God

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (Joshua 1:8 KJV)

To have success in this life, I need to meditate on the Word of God. It's just not good for me just read the Bible for education purpose. The Word of God is God's spoken words to us throughout generations. If I'd want successful life before entering into His palace, I need to read His words and apply them to my life.

---------------------

Family Feud

That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones? Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever. (Joshua 4:6-7 KJV)

It is sad situation for today's family. Why? How the kids are troubled today? Everyone in the household is busy. Everyone doesn't take time to sit to the dinner table to eat together as family. They don't talk to each other. Instead, we see that family is doing separate way. You see, this country is so messy that we can't put together in unity under one God. We see that some kids are in trouble due to their misbehavior in their homes and schools. Today's parents are frustrated to find out the solution.

We need to interact with our family on a regular basis. Do not rely on technology to work for you. Even though we can email or text to our people, it's not intimate to build our relationship with people.

The Word of God (Part III)
Topic: Word of God

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. (II Timothy 4:2 KJV)

As believers in Christ, we suppose to share the Word of God to the people. We are not supposed to keep His Words within ourselves. Not only share the Words to other people, we also need to be ready to give answers to whomever would ask us questions. This is why Paul told believers to be instant in season and out of season.

Jesus said in Matthew 5:14, "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid." We have job to do while we are living in this earth. Having a job is a part of God's plan for us to do since the beginning of time. In Genesis 2, God gave Adam a job. See, we must understand that God gave Adam and Eve job to multiply, replenish the earth, and subdue it. God planted let people to govern the earth. They took responsibilities to take care of the earth, but they also enjoyed doing the job. Unfortunately, Adam and Eve's jobs became harder after they decided to follow the words of serpent (Satan) than God. However, even though our Adam and Eve failed to the serpent's trap, God didn't fail on them and us. He provided us another way to unite with Him.  Even though our jobs become harder, God brought His Son, Jesus, to pay our debt of sins, so that we may become His sons and daughters eternally.

So, why do we need to have God's Words every day in our lives?

First, this is not just a religious book, but it fulfills with God's promises to us. Psalms 105:42-44 declares, "For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant. And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness: And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people…" Even though Abraham didn't receive promise from God after 400+ years later, it didn't mean that God had forgotten about him. Apostle Paul said in Romans 4:13, "For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith."

Second, it is our spiritual boot camp handbook. Again, Paul said in Ephesians 4:12, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Even though  we may not feel like if we are in a war zone, we are in a battle against spiritual darkness daily. The ultimate goal for Satan is trying to make us to separate us from God, beginning with minds of children. Satan has accomplished children's minds with using Henry Potter book series that contain magical fantasy and witchcraft. Now, it's on transgender issues, making children to confuse with their identities. We will go more exploration on this in upcoming blogs.

And third, it's a book to guide us to have life. Psalms 1 points out there are two ways for us to live life in this world--God's way or ungodly. There is no third option to live life in this world. Other people, such as former President Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Pastor Joel Osteen tried to make people to believe another way to get to Heaven than through Jesus Christ. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." There is no other way to get to Heaven. Not through Virgin Mother Mary (Queen Heaven), Allah (god of curse), or any gods, except through Jesus Christ. He is the only Person we need to go through this life and throughout eternality.

Are your love ones and friends saved in the grace of God through Jesus Christ? The purpose of this study is to help you to become closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Word of God (Part II)

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. (1 Peter 2:2-3 KJV)

Before we'd move to the weapon of the Word of God, it is very important for us to recognize that His Words are nutrients to our spirit men. We are made of three parts: body, soul, and spirit. Our bodies and souls cannot function without spirit men. Paul said in I Timothy 4:8, "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."

We eat and exercise, but we still will be hungry at later on. We also need to take care our spirit men. God created us with three parts. All three parts must work together in order for us to function. God gave us physical body in order for us to live in this world. Soul, it is the complex of human attributes that manifests as consciousness, thought, feeling, and will, regarded as distinct from the physical body. But the spirit has more involvement than just conscious. Body can last for the lifetime in the earth, but the spirits can never die. Once we leave from the earth our bodies will return to dust (Genesis 3:19). God intended our bodies to live forever, but once the sin entered the world, He limited for our bodies to live for at least 120 years (Genesis 6:3). Of course, the most people can live up to at least 90 years or less. This has to do with what kind of food we put into our bodies. We see that we have variety of food than other countries do. But we are way below rate than other countries do, nutrient wise. We do have more foods that contain chemical on it, such as white bread, white rice, and etc. Because our spirits can never be died, we can live forever either in Heaven or Hell. We have not heard enough message on Heaven and Hell today, because today's messages are all about us. Our lives have stake to live life in this earth.

Again, the Bible is not just ancient holy book, but it fills with promises, encouragement, and tactic to live a godly life. Again, His Words bring us to a life.

So, how we need to take care of our spirits?

Psalms 119:15-16  says, "I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word." Not only we should read His Words as a book, we should stop and mediate on His Words. The word meditate doesn't mean that we need to sit, close eyes, and begin humming like Buddah monks. Instead, we need to take a break and let the Holy Spirit begins to speak to you what the words mean and how to apply them to our lives. Jesus said in John 14:16, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." God knows that we cannot memorize all of His Words. This is why we have the Bible, which it is our handbook. It's not complicated to read His Words. The King James Version should not be hard to read. It was written as original English, but most today's preachers don't use the KJV to do Sunday sermons. Some of them use the modern-day bibles, so they can bring more flavors on God's Words to their church congregation. I want to point out couple things with today's bibles, such as NKJV, NIV, NCV, TLB, and etc. First, the modern-day bibles change the meaning of the verse when it changes the words or phrases of the verse. Second, it loose the original Hebrew/Greek meaning. Finally, the modern-day bible versions may combine the verses into one or remove the verse from the page.

Do you want to spend eternally with God, who created you? I like to encourage you to spend your time to read His Words and have conversation with Him through prayer. Let the Holy Spirit intervene you to communicate with Father. Romans 8:26-27 says, "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."

Are your love ones and friends saved in the grace of God through Jesus Christ? The purpose of this study is to help you to become closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Word of God (Part I)
Topic: Word of God

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (II Timothy 3:16-17 KJV)

What else major different between Christianity and other world religions? Living Words of God. The Bible, we have, is not just religious book that has many do and don't rules. It's the God's Words, who breathe with His Words to create entire universe, the earth, and us. It was not a Big Bang Theory to create the universe as Stephen Hawkins suggested. In John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." The Word was the logos. As we read the first chapter of Genesis, we see that God's Words to create this world for us to dwell in. Before the serpent destroyed God's plan, He tended the earth as our home eternally. Unfortunately, God had to limit the age of human's living up to 120 years old age due to our sins. Before the great flood (Genesis 6-9), most people can live up to 950 or more.

The book that we have is the unique ones. Even the Bible is an ancient book, it is still relevant to today's generation. In fact, the Book of Acts has never closed, because the church era has not ended. Instead, it keeps building. I'm not talking about church buildings, because they all will demolish when Jesus Christ will return to the earth to vacuum all the junk away and make it new again as if it would never have been happened.  The church, I'm addressing, is a group of people come together to have fellowship and worship the Lord.  Acts 2:46-47 says, "And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." (Acts 2:46-47.)

Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." We are not here by accident, because the power of Word of God brought us to the world. Genesis 1:26 says, "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." We have the power to speak to the people to have abundant life or death. It's good, but there is a risk involved. If we'd say negative things to our people, we just brake our relationship and kill their joy in life. But the Word of God brings wisdom, instruction, correction to our lives. Most of Americans would admit that they are Christians, yet they would not have time to spend to read His Words. That's sad. Because there are churches in every corner in the United States, people identify themselves as Christians. Yet, when the preacher would ask them if they are born-again, they could not give an answer.

Are you truly born-again into God's family? If you'd say no, you are probably in a good place to begin your life journey with Jesus Christ. I like to encourage you to find some friends, who can encourage you to digging into the Word.

Are your love ones and friends saved in the grace of God through Jesus Christ? The purpose of this study is to help you to become closer relationship with Jesus Christ. What is Biblical Christianity?: Introduction (Part III)
Topic: Christianity

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. (John 17:17-19 KJV)

We need God in our nation more than ever in our generation. As we see, our nation has been corrupted by unconstitutional laws of God and our nation. And it's getting worse. Are we waiting for the wrath of God fall in our nation? We have tasted our national awakening when the two jets hit Pentagon and World Trade Tower by ISIS on September 11, 2001. There was a picture of the shadow of Satan in smoke come out from World Trade Tower. In fact, some biblical scholars believed that this was the sign of beginning of the end of world.

Again, we just had experienced 35 days of depressions when President Trump decided to close the government down partially for the boarder wall.   And it's still not over. Both President and Congress are compromising for our national security. I think that this is non-sense to see that our national Capitol is having civil war with their words of action; and decided to let 800,000 federal workers suffer with missing their paychecks. I think we would have another 4-8 difficult years, because of their disagreements. I'm not trying to say the Trump administration is doing good job.

As I mentioned, we need to bring God back in our nation. By doing this, we need to surrender our evil ways of living life to God. We may haven't heard the message of repentance of our sins enough today, because the most today's messages are basis on getting more blessings from God rather than how we can bless Him. As Paul warned us in II Timothy 4:3-4, "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." Some pastors, such as Joel Osteen at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, don't use the Bible to do Sunday sermons, even though they may give reference the verses or paraphrasing it without opening the Bible.

I Peter 2:9 reminds us that we are "a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light…" We are called by God to lead people into Jesus Christ. Being a child of God doesn't mean that you have to keep this religion for yourself. No! A man-made religion has many rules. For example, a counterfeit Christianity--Roman Catholicism, people have to go to the priest to confess their sins; and they pray to Virgin Mary. However, being a Christian, it's all about relationship. Jesus said in Matthew 22:37-40, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." God understand that we can't follow 613 or more laws in the Bible. Instead, He wants to have personal relationship with each of us.

Are your love ones and friends saved in the grace of God through Jesus Christ? The purpose of this study is to help you to become closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." If you have done in your private room or workplace, then you need to tell to your friends or love ones about what you have done, so they may rejoice with you and want to have that relationship with Christ in their own life.
